Hi, Oracle So, Russia opens at 9:30 Russia Time which is around 7 hrs in front of ET, so it's 2:30 am ET. It closes 16:00 in the afternoon which is roughly, 11:00 am ET. (Note: this is also the time the RTX - the russian traded index is calculated). For deeper market information and insight about the markets see Indices RTX (OETOB Vienna), RTS-1 (Moscow) and a bunch of ADRs in Stuttgard and Berlin (Germany), all trading at times when Russia is open. In Germany many Russia ADRs are traded, like Lukoil, Tatneft, Rostelekom, Vimpelcom, and many others though illiquid ones. Christian Christian
