Jeff, I did not mean to imply it was to save the skins of the preferred shareholders. You missed the point. My point was simply this; Preferred stock is for the most part prized above the common by most shareholders. You are correct in that allowing the conversion would drastically dilute all shares; I am against this. Your statement about P holders being long term investors, is rather ironic at this point in time. Could be much longer than anyone ever dreamed. :o( Dusty
