Bill: that's old newz, as of 8/14. He filed to sell 15K shares from 7/6 to 7/7 at 9 to 8.56. That hardly effects the stock price as of today's close in that such information has already been taken into account. Furthermore, he currently holds 52,600 shares, so his selling hardly reflects a lack of confidence in the co. With all due respect: If you have anymore post-dated "surprises" or "this day in history" trivia, please let us know ...
