A little too soon to sell.....

The sell-off and price drop yesterday was, and the looming threat of delisting is, quite disconcerting.

BUT... I am encouraged today that the selling has not escalated -- selling volume, in fact, has been unexpectedly low. There have also been a substantial number of buys (apparently 'normal' ones).

What's the market saying, then? Many folks, both potential sellers and new buyers apparently are waiting, thinking that somehow NCT is going to pull something big out of its bag of surprises.

My feeling? I've also heard back from NCT. I am confident that management will attempt everything that it can to get NCTI price up before the delisting deadline (today is officially D-minus-13 in order to get the price to $1, and keep it there for 10 days).

In the next 13 days, there is plenty of probability that something substantial can occur, that will catapult our price.

Thus, I think, even as painful as it is, we should just hang tight for now. The markets seem to be doing the same.

Best of luck to all,
Nicholas
