Max, the news release is clear. FMR took a 12% + position in SAVLY
and at higher prices than currently available. If they like it at $40....
Caution though. The short term activity may be due to the market's rise over the last two days and the stock hitting a new 52 week low at $20 may have prompted short covering.

It looks like SAVLY took a hit after reporting earnings in line with expectation in July because of the caution for the future that they expressed. SAVLY warned of market uncertainties involved in introducing new products and at the same time, insiders were selling.
Investors got cold feet and bailed. FMR's investment may refresh the
belief that this co. will not disapoint, but I have to concider this stock a little risky right now. The chart sucks as you pointed out this weekend, but I'm willing to take the risk.
