Almost Blue, thanks for your post! That is usually how it goes the fat cats live in the high rent district and the stockholders get the shaft.

I think Pierce most likely does not have an office I think he probably works out of a back bedroom in his home. Just a guess, but I bet I am correct.

If you find his office please post the address for all to see.
