It doesn't take complicated math to give a value of approx. $90 per share just on Netscape's portal business using Yahoo's valuation.
This only shows that on a relative valuation basis, Netscape is significantly undervalued compared to Yahoo, or Yahoo is just insanely overvalued.

In any event, I didn't like the tone of the news article I found earlier on NSCP on Bloomberg Technology News. I can't get into their site to tag their URL, but in essence NSCP said don't raise the bar on future earnings yet. Didn't sound too encouraging on tomorrows trades. but hey, who's Netscape to rain on our parade.
