Dave: Thank you for your note and further comments. I think your view is realistic. One of the key questions (of many) is whether Kaire International is profitable in the second quarter. That figure has not yet been released, to my knowledge.. If profitable, that will benefit the I.P.O. Investors will be encouraged to see that the turnaround is on the way to success. If not, it makes it that much harder to market the I.P.O. I understood that the list of questions I suggested was too ambitious for a single session. I assume answers will unfold to those that are most important. Steve
