Howard I totally agree!!! Thoughts on emergency shareholder meeting? I would like to see this happen since NHSA will probably be to late. I only have 300 presplit P but I am going if it happens to save my investment. I also think other shareholders on this thread should consider going also. I am currently looking into airfare full fare of course.

You basicaly said this but the P is required for nasd listing isn't it? Wasn't that the key? I don't own any P's so I don't pay much attention to the issue.

It is nice to see this issue rising again. I thought all
had forgotten about the down side of the ensuing arbitrage
scenario. When I talk to Mark Pierce about 2 weeks ago, I
brought this up to him, he was dead set against this suggestion.
I reminded him of the bath that we took in May the last time
MM"s and all profited at our expense. He grumbled that you
couldn't take that right to convert from the other's, I suggested
that it be an optional conversion so as to lessen the blow
maybe. He continued to say that nothing could take place with
out a shareholders mtg. etc., cost $10,000.00 etc. etc. After
speaking to Gary recently about this, he has told me that he has
made a formal request in writing to have this motion/request
voted on at a S.H. meeting. Now he is still in touch with many
of the other investors and still feels (IMHO} that they also feel
the same about not letting the P's convert. This would probably account for the majority of the float. We all have to put this in writing and make our request honored if we feel that it is in our best interest at this time. I agree with your analysis Doc (hope
you don't mind the abrv).

Best Regards
