I was one of those who thought that when Pete "validated" the $.32 number he would have known with absolute certainty that that #, plus a safe margin, was a can of corn.

It bothers the hell out of me that he/and or Senisgali didn't have a finger on the "revenue stream/bottom line pulse" in time to have known some time before the middle of the first quarter that they weren't going to make the first quarter numbers, and that they'd have to lower the revenue/profit projections for the entire year. He did what Clinton should have, he shouldered the blame rather than attempting to shift it, but it still seems that either somebody must have been blowing smoke up his but about the ability to "pull one out of the hat", or, that he picked the number and told everyone that they had to make it, even though it wasn't makeable. Either way he has hurt a lot of shareholders including his senior and middle management staffs who are now going to have to wait much longer to realize appreciation in the value of their options.

I hope he had them safely on shore before he sank the ship, or it's possible that he may have shaken the faith of a number of them, who in turn might look for greener fields. JMHO

TLindt,

<<In all honesty....16 cents 32 cents don't mean diddly. So if you owned 100 shares at $31 or $12. It's not like you are going to get a dividend anyway...not at this stage in an emerging market.>>

I'm not looking at dividends I'm looking at the P/E in relation to its
competitors. Right now it's -150 which is like having a "HIGH RISK" plackard pasted on.
