In the case of Texaco, there were victims, for Heaven's sake! Who is the victim here???? You might say "the whole country", but how did that happen? Because we chose to pry into the private affairs of a person, that's why! I feel the real problem is that things seem to be going so much our way for so long that we want to amuse ourselves by chasing silly stories that really ought to be no business of ours.
