Cav,
I have not seen this mentioned, taken from Barrons 8/17/98 page 10.

Ocean Spray Cranberry filed suit to block PepsiCo's proposed $3.3 billion acquisition of Seagram's Tropicana juice business, alleging the deal violates Pepsi's prior agreement not to sell single serving juice drinks that compete with it's product.

If they will it will keep the playing field small!

Go TCBG,
MM

Anyone see that trade at 10:42? 15,000 shares at the bid. Looked like a sell, but the bid and ask raised after it. It's been happening today a few times with big blocks, based on the trading log. I'm not sure, but thinking it may be covering or buys at the bid? Could the rumor we heard last week be true? Any comments?
