Hi Richard,

WRT deepening 3-22 by some 400 meters, I guess anything is possible but IMHO I think you've been fed one of those "pre-sale rumors"! (i.e. Apache would not risk losing a completed $5 million well by deepening it if they already had something worthwhile in it. Therefore, they mustn't have anything in 3-22 so we shouldn't be bidding on any of the deep rights around this well!!)

Richard, as I had said before Apache even moved off the well on their original completion, we will see acid tankers and pumping units on the 3-22 location again. But, I really don't think we'll see a drilling rig raised and drilling there again (except for the twin well to be drilled so as to get the shallow horizon(s) on production concurrently with the deep).

And, in the next few hours or days we'll probably also hear some carefully crafted statement to the effect that -- Apache has decided to not drill another earning well "at this time". [Of course the real question then is "When will they drill another one?", because Apache will!]

Later,
