Prince Giovanni De Pallavicini, Chairman of the Board. Prince Pallavicini, who was born and educated in Europe, first came to America in 1936, returning to Europe during World War II for military service and continued in the armed forces until his retirement in 1960. He started in the business world through Lloyds of London and the United Kingdom brokerage house of Hogg, Robinson, Cape-Cure Ltd. Simultaneously, he was invited to join the civil engineering and development organization of McManus, Layton, Costain Group and assumed directorship of that company's continental subsidiary Headquarters in Luasanne, Switzerland in 1963 and of its subsidiary corporations in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and The Netherlands. Later in the Indian sub Continent, until such time as the giant Jardine Gammon Ltd. Construction company of Hong Kong absorbed the Swiss corporation, Pallavincini was then invited to serve on the board of the parent company, Jardine Matheson of London. In the same year, after an investment by the de Pallavicini family trust, he became Chairman or Euro International Motion Picture Corporation of Rome which financed the productions or Romeo & Juliet, Taming of the Shrew, Brother Son & Sister Moon. In 1965, Pallavicini established Phoenix Film Finance Corporation in Ireland, which acquired a controlling interest of the Ardmore Studios outside Dublin. It was there that the award winning Lion in Winter was made. On returning to the United States, Pallavicini joined the investment-banking firm of Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy, and Garndner as the head of finance. He continued his association with the motion picture industry in Los Angeles, as partner with Daniel Selznick and Joel Glickman; and upon the death of Mr. Glickman established Parthenon Productions, Inc.

David Garcia, CEO and President. Mr. Garcia has over 30 years experience in the film and entertainment industry. He is a former executive at MCA universal in charge of movies and mini-series, which included such successful productions as Rich Man Poor Man, Captains and the Kings and 79 Park Avenue. At NBC he was executive Producer of James Micheners epic Centennial; a 26 hour television production and many other well known made for television movies. He has worked on Quincy, Kojak, Baretta, The Six Million Dollar Man and numerous documentaries. Mr. Garcia is an experienced lecturer and is on the California State University Board for Next Wave Learning.

Robert Torres, CFO, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Torres has 12 years experience in the financial arena. As a broker he has assisted several private companies in raising capital and has taken several companies public. He has conducted several seminars for professional in the estate and planned gifting areas. He served as a consultant for Lexington Capital Advisors; a division of Piedmont Capital and for the past 8 years has been the exclusive agent for the Taylor Caldwell Estate.

Mr. Torres, a petroleum engineer for 10 years, had fiscal responsibilities as a district manager for a central California company for three years. Mr. Torres is a major contributor and fund raiser to numerous charitable organizations. Torres is also on the board of Parthenon Productions, Inc.

Sherrie Torres, Executive Vice President. Ms Torres is President of Raven Investment Ltd., a business consulting firm. She has raised capital for private placements as well as coordinating their quest to become public entities. Torres has retail and marketing expertise while a consultant with a retail chain of stores.
