If I owned over 1/2 of the shares of this company and had something good I wouldn't tell anybody just yet. Why dilute my return by 10% for the sake of 31 trading days. I'd also time any contract announcements etc. with the product roll out to get more bang for my buck. After all we've been waiting an eternity already, by now. Full compliance in only 9 + months. Should start to get very interesting from this point in. The start of school would probably make a perfect time to intro the product to the market, after summer holidays are out of the way and parents are back in the hum-drum routine. Also encoding should be up to an acceptable level for retailers.
