I know that the boards were all notified that the PLAN would likely result in a very positive result, and I guess since you and I are part of that board that we too have bought on "inside information". I personally don't worry about such things as Card, Nutstoo and the few others have all announced to the world that they have bought. It's like checking the Edgar to see what insider buys a stock, or sells. I think the real problem is when insiders sell BECAUSE OF KNOWLEDGE OF SOMETHING BAD HAPPENING is when the real trouble arises. Right now, the only ones hurting by "insider buying" is the shorts.
