To me it seems as if some big institution is selling part of their massive accumulated portfolio. It might be too big a position for them to keep on holding in their portfolio. Therefore, according to their own guidelines, they might be forced in selling. If you look at the bid/ask live, someone is always selling in lots of 100 or 10000 shares. But, someone else keeps on buying them.

As soon as this institutions has sold off their portion of CGI shares, then I believe we should see a quick climb back to the mid $30 range.
