GC, I too feel the party is over... it is sad; we have to face the simple fact that the SEC does not halt trading without reasonable cause. After reading the SEC public notice and the reasons sited it is obvious that this one is headed for the pink sheets, if it ever trades again. It has a great deal more to do that not filing all the 10"s. JMO and I pray I am dead wrong; we have all lost so very much and not all of it was money. Dusty
