L3, I must say that I'm a child of the late 60's. Anti-war all the way, peace now, etc. etc. However, my dad was a mustang. I greatly respect your views on this issue as it is your ilk that it is paying the price for our lack of any reasonable foreign policy:; and, I'll agree with you that it is going to take years to fix this problem, as maintenace has paid a dear price. When Clinton first visited one of the aircraft carriers, shortly after he was first elected, I noted that it was barely reported that almost to a man they reversed direction from him. A hell of a statement from those committed to protecting our freedoms. Thank you for your efforts and sacrifices! Berney
