Steve,I see what you are saying. As per my previous post, yesterday afternoon Peter Benz said there were only about 800,000 shares left to convert.I guess we could assume at about 3.2 to 3.5 cents.Thats where it would seem so many others were converted. Also he is staying in line with Owen, since last week he said there was about 1,000,000 shares left. What they are saying seems to fall in line.If they expected the IPO at the end of the month or early next they would surely want the conversions done real soon.......John

Stephen,
Your statement "One can speculate whether there was forethought given to forcing share price lower in anticipation of later buying before the I.P.O." is exactly what I have been thinking all along. I would bet that once the conversion is over, the share price will have hit bottom and trigger management and others close to the company to begin accumulating prior to the KI IPO. It makes sense.

What also excites me about this stock is that the price held fairly stable considering the amount of dilution that has taken place over the short period of time.

I am looking to load up much more in the next few days as I believe others will be doing as well.
