Larry, I know you meant to list MCI as the third party. I'll bet it is the same agreement. People wonder sometimes why there are shareholders stranded in here at over a dollar a share. It's partly because of three way agreement and everything that surrounded MCI doing business with TMM.

They'll run it right on by us. We don't have the resources to do anything about it.
