The damage that was done to CVIA can not be fixed short term, it is going to take a while. Keith is doing his best and there are some very good board members now in place, this now puts the company in a much better position than a few weeks ago. Remember CVIA is a shell, CVIA has no positive cash flow (that I know of) and is "only" an asset. Now we have people in place that understand business and how to maximize the value of our asset.

I work on large business deals and I can assure you "real life" business deals do not happen quickly. If and when another deal comes along (company to buy CVIA) it is going to take time to structure and assemble the transaction. We probably will not see any real increase in the value of CVIA until a deal is announced and near completion.

So, in my opinion to expect Keith to pull a rabbit out of his hat and bring us all "whole" near term just is not going to happen. It is going to take some time.

We can be most thankful that we now have people in control of the company that are concerned about shareholders and stock value.

Thanks for your efforts Mr. Anderson and also Thanks to all the new Board Members.

Robert
