Dr. GM, it appears in the short term that we may have been overly cautious about the fortunes of RDRT ... nevertheless in retrospect there is nothing that comes to mind that would have indicated a recovery at the time.

Even now, I remain skeptical of the next wave in PC demand. The single largest variable a priori was the introduction of Win98 which now appears to have fizzled.

Am I off base in expecting these two to follow divergent destinies henceforth? Or does Applied have another shot at resuscitating themselves ...
