So, is this the SEC's way of saying " everythings ok, if you play by the rules ", or are they saying " proove this now or your shut down for good ". What is up with the aquisition they just announced ? Is this not coming to fruition ? At this point, can Midland ever dig themselves out from this mess ? I applaud your thoughts on hoping for that silver lining, but is it really possible that Midland can accomplish whatever they need to over the next week - 10 days, to see that silver lining when trading resumes ?
