Anyone have any current info on the Progress of this Sales Organization that is operational for FNTN? Isn't it reasonable to assume that this sales group has, by now, lined up a few clients for the INTRANET as soon as it is announced as fully operational?

Also, any word on the number of cities being covered by the sales force.

(Having this sales force already in place should play very positively for FNTN. They should have some contracts already in hand, IMO)

======================================================================
NEW YORK, NY--December 20, 1997--Financial Intranet Inc. (OTCBB:FNTN) announced today that the company will have a sales organization operational by January 1, 1998 initially covering Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Denver, Atlanta, Orlando, New York and Boston.

Michael Sheppard, President and Chief Operating Officer of Financial Intranet, said the company is on track to begin generating revenues, projected to be $15 million gross, with net profits of $2.5 million during the first fiscal year.

Financial Intranet is establishing the nation's first proprietary, secured, on-demand data and video financial information network that links the brokerage and mutual fund industries together and connects both to the individual investor. Testing of the network at beta centers is now underway and the complete network is expected to be fully operational by January/February 1998.

Dear Don, One of the possibilities a potential VC investment in FNTN by Siemens offers is that the behemoth will swallow a minimum of 20% of our company. VC players sometimes take as much as 49%, but I sincerely doubt that would happen here. Nevertheless, it may be better to hope for initial cash flow that looks to be building fast enough to ward off a big brother hug from our strategic partner.
