The GLOW shares were given as part of the contract to acquire certain parts of Wolf Key. Global Games issued a press release saying that the deal was complete. It is up to GLobal Games to take LEGAL action against Wolf Key or whomever (we don't know who is really involved since this thing is so convoluted) to recover the shares. I am not aware that this has been initiated. If the shares were deposited in a brokerage account either in the street name of name of an individual or corporation, at the time of transfer (and I assume they were) than they could have been be sold at any time after the transfer. There is no way for Global Games to stop the sale of the shares since they did not have physical possession of them. The transfer agent would not take part in that transaction and in fact would not know they have been sold until after the fact.

Ask the transfer agent who is in possession of the 20M shares, that is simple enough.
