Fisher's filing at this point in time is NOT a good sign, no matter what it means.

If he is "preparing for a run-up" it means that he doesn't expect any run-up to last, and wants to dump his shares into the runup.

Or, he could be expecting NO runup, as I suspect.

Either way is not good for long-term holders.
