This could be a good thing in the long run. Then there won't be any guess work since the SEC got involved (provided, of course, that the filings are done). This could be the silver lining! Maybe I'm stretching here?

Take a look at this head line. If this turn out not in our favor on Sept 1st maybe we need to look into this, at least keep an eye on how it come out.
