To the longs and shorts,

Though I share some of the concerns over CYBG's long term potential, the shorts should be aware that using the word "fraud" in reference to a company or its management does put them at risk for a liable suit if they cannot back up their claims, especially if they are profiting from such allegations. However, I believe that the last thing CYBG management would want to do is draw attention to these claims by initiating such a move against these posters. Doing so would only hurt the stock and the company image, IMO. If they are for real, they would be best advised to prove it through revenue, not legal action.
