The appellate court's decision to uphold a former decision to not charge ISP's access fees for telephony is a real victory for the internet.....AOL may be much closer to IP telephony because of this.

Todays appellate court decision upholding the FCC ruling that allows ISP's to access telephony free of charge is a large victory for the internet......AOL may soon have IP service before we know it.
