Yep you are absolutely right...I checked that out. I think the next best line of defense would be if you were constantly trading in say YHOO and you took the loss and then bought back in SEEK, LCOS or XCIT.
Or just prey that you could get back in 31 days later at the same price! ;-) Thx for clearing that up.
