Robin,

I don't mean this harshly, so don't take it that way. But WADR, perhaps you shouldn't play options on companies you don't know. DELL has just put up fantastic numbers, declared a split, and told us the future is rosy.

Now consider:

1. Is there any reason for ANYONE to sell what they have?
2. Is there not very good reason to buy at this point, before it goes higher?
3. There will undoubtedly be some serious short covering this week, with option expiration on Friday. How much is anyone's guess, but DELL does carry a significant number of shorts with it. (Though I understand we lost Bill Breckenstein, er.. Fleckenstein)

Bottom line: the dynamics are in place for an explosion. There are lots of reasons to buy, none to sell. Makes the available shares a lot more expensive.

Hang on at least till Thursday. In fact, might be a good idea to hang on through Friday, exercise, and go long.

DELLish, 3.

Robin, you have to do what makes you feel comfortable. From my perspective, I doubled-down on the short term prospects (positive) this a.m.
