Joe, I would agree with your earlier statement that the news of Locus and TWC being signed will help our price and I believe that the rise will hold at some level higher than where we are now. This price level is not where this stock wants to be, it's were it is because of the overhead we have on us. The 4 1/2 days of no overhead just before the annual shareholders meeting was evidence of this. The signing of these contracts will be proof that DCI is at the point where it could be sold for the stated price per share that has been a long time goal. It will also represent an increase in our run rate from about 50 million to 151 million with a minimal increase in the number of shares outstanding % wise. We also know that the CC shareholders who have been one of our large sellers since Nov. 1, are watching for this event to finalize and I am betting that they will be willing to hold their shares for a higher price. Only time will tell, but I am optimistic that getting these contracts finalized will help get us out of this rut.
