I might consider blocks of 10, 25k a bit high, particulaly for OTC trading where mm minimize their exposure to the systems. in my experience, few market makers are comfortable doing pieces of Dell, MSFT, CSCO or INTC in blocks greater than 4, 5k at a clip. As well, even if I showed an order to GSCO of 10k Dell they might print it to ACT therefore the tape in pieces smaller than that.
My recommendation might be to bring the OTC down to 2k or more, same for NYSE. I have found that optimal.
