Great that MIFGY can report growth as they did - useful spin.

Put in different terms however the very same numbers paint a picture of flat revenues over the past four quarters and flat eps numbers over the same period. Significantly increased operating expenses.

One of my long term concerns about MIFGY - the high level of Trade Debtors came down to 75 day-sales-outstanding making a useful addition to the Balance Sheet.

The lack of sales growth over this period concerns me.

In contrast to previous years the London AGM was a small affair - total of 15 present with some 7 actual shareholders - 2 of which were the old guard Directors plus a further 2 Director's Spouses!!

No Employee Shareholders present as far as I could tell.

Formal resolutions only - but they took all the questions that the modest floor numbers could ask. They made mention of a press briefing the morning of the AGM - but would not provide shareholders with copies.
