I didn't realise that Danareksa were negative on TLK. That's the best buying signal you're going to get!

Although I am negative on TLK I am not sure how much lower it can go as it is already so bombed out and things like the Indonesia Fund trade on 150% premium to NAV so I don't see why TLK shouldn't trade on a big premium to fair value.

Peversely, I think its the strength in the Rupiah that is knocking the stock. It tends to hold up well during periods of excessive Rp weakness and then falls off as the currency strength.

If you really want a punt in Indonesia then look no further than HM Sampoerna (Marc Fabers top pick). That one really could be 10-20x over a ten year period.
