AGTI, ,...got this off their web site,., PartiMAXTM is the Company's version of its MaxLite TM wireless, hand-held electronic bingo system, which is designed for the United Kingdom gaming market. Advanced Gaming Technology, Inc. introduced its PartiMAXTM prototype at the Amusement Trade and Exposition International held at the Earl's Court Exhibition Hall in London, England between January 21/22, 1997. The Earl's Court Exhibition is regarded as the largest and the most influential show of its type in Europe. The Company's product was exhibited by Edward Thompson Group (ETG), England's leading supplier of bingo gaming products, with the Company's personnel in attendance to demonstrate the units. Under a Leasing and Servicing Agency Agreement entered into with ETG, ETG is responsible for marketing, installing and providing maintenance service for PartiMAXTM. Advanced Gaming and ETG will share revenues on a 50/50 basis. The PartiMAXTM was very favorably received at the exhibition - particularly from the major operators of Bingo halls in the U.K. Advanced Gaming and ETG have collectively decided to fast-track the development of PartiMAXTM with a view to having this product available in the U.K. market during the third quarter of 1997.
