Market guide has book value at $11.47. We may be heading there, or below. Bummer. Does anyone feel good about this stock? Tom

Mark, my post last night prior to the warning forecasted a downside of 13 7/8. I now see the downside as 12 7/8 to 13 based on the forecast of decreasing revenues. This is based on the fundamentals, as I don't use charts either to forecast future prices. Something is terribly wrong here. What I would like to see is the SEC launch an investigation into what seems to be trades based on insider information. The sell off yesterday and the announcement today are not mere coincidence. Someone at LSI leaked the preannouncement, and the SEC should do something about it.
