David, I believe in strength of SEA the people not the system, so it will take much more time for the area to recover. As you know high pay jobs are little more difficult to find in Calif., many hi-tech stocks at 1/3 of peaks, I guess a big slow down in US economy soon. Well did not have $ to short more aol opened at 116 then now 112 in 1 hour, I missed mu short too just in a moment. But now I prefer bottom fishing for peace of mind, only short small. good luck
