Bobby G -

I have to give Pairgain some credit. They are one of a few xDSL companies making money. They viewed HDSL has the growth area a few years back and were correct. I've heard nothing but good news about their Falcon silicon solution. I've invested in them before and will in the future, but I'm locked into Westell at the present time. Just a few questions/statements...

1) xDSL is becoming a low margin business, where proprietary solutions just won't make it. How will HDSL2 effect Pairgain?

2) How does the Adtran Interaccess2 effect Pairgain's strategy. This platform in a multiple vendor partnership, with plug in line cards.

3) The large Data and Telco equipment vendors are developing products that compete against Pairgain and Westell. These smaller companies will have a difficult time making on their own.

4) I would like to see Pairgain partner with a large Telco company.

Keep your head up, Pairgain will turn around... until later.
