The term I was looking for was Transfer Agent. I don't trust companies that handled it themselves, too much opportunity for fraud by huge unexpected increases in unrestricted shares (float).

But you know, with the volume in AVAL stock that probably wouldn't profit them quickly. There's very near zero liquidity to this stock right now. Unless of course you don't mind selling at .13 cents like someone did yesterday.

Do you know if AVAL is handling the stock transfers or are they using a legitimate third party vendor?
