Look who's wasting time. Just read the posts from you that I pointed out. I did indeed make my case, you both defended management and stated, repeatedly that mgmt doesn't matter. Your talking out of both sides of your mouth, again. PS Berblady posts on Yahoo!!

I don't want to start another feud by talking about who said what to whom. The issues which are being raised by the disclosures in the proxy are insulting to the stockholders as well as a violation of the fiduciary responsibilities of management. Let's all agree, that being stockholders, we are in the same boat. Why don't we try to pull together, for once, and discuss intelligently what the best course of action is for us to take. I know there was a request for all stockholders to e-mail or fax real names and numbers of shares held to one of the posters. I wouldn't reveal that information unless I knew the person firsthand and I don't. However, I would like to join forces, if there is a way for us to work together cohesively for the good of us all. Now, I sure hope this message isn't offensive to anyone, it certainly isn't my intent. I would welcome opinions about steps that should be taken here. It's overdue.
