Yes, you asked your question first. However, if you give no credibility to anything the company says, then it's unanswerable to your satisfaction. If, for some reason you do want to hear what they have to say, then please ask them. I'm not a definitive reference on the subject.

My question was in regard to something you asserted. As such, you are the right and only person to answer it. So, again:

If an antisense molecule for shrimp virus was developed and, as you say, markets may
exist without requirements for regulatory pre-approval, then given this is a $3B profitable
business with severe problems, why is this not a good business opportunity. Just
wondering why you refer to "wasting" money on the development.

Your post was general re biomed companies, so please answer regardless of which company developed it. This isn't science, it's business 101.
