Chuzzlewit, check out this from Fleckenstein in the Street.com:

Even Bill Fleckenstein, who would love nothing better than to find a reason to short Dell, can't seem to find one. "I don't think there are any near-term negatives for Dell," says Fleckenstein, a money manager with Fleckenstein Capital and well-known short. "I believe they will stumble at some point, but Dell's problems are less immediate than with some of the other PC makers."
