Got them! Evidently they weren't sorted by date so when I looked back till Sep 97, I didn't look far enough down to see the 4/98 listing. I was wondering where schedule B & C were also, and now I have them too. Thanks for responding. I hope to peruse all the data this weekend (at camp) and will report back my opinions! ;>)

Gene; I couldn't wait till the weekend so I took a harder look during my lunch hour and things look OK! For now. If the second quarter shows that management can control costs then I will stick around. Based upon the first quarter numbers it looks like a start has been made to this end.

One thing that I wonder about is the "minority interest" expense in the quarter ended 4/98? What does this represent? And why does the income statement show a loss of $86,193 but the cash flow reconciliation statement shows it as a loss of $102,692?

Also on this score, note that the minority interest for the quarter ended 4/97 showed a net gain of $23,979 while its cash flow reconciliation statement shows it as a loss of $422,271! My guess is that it has something to do with services exchanges. Can anyone help me with this??

Office expense is still on track for a half mil this year. How many cups of coffee does that represent!!! or for that matter barrels of oil??

Only about 30 days till the next financials are due. I'll wait that long, but if they're late!!!!!

Have a good week. ;>)
