Does anyone think we have grounds for a class action suit at this point? I was a buyer since they so recently painted that obvious rosy picture and today my net worth is significantly less. Words cannot express to you how incredibly angry I am right now.

To the "thread,"

One of my closest friends and an investor in TFS called the company a week ago to inquire over business, and more specifically, the influence of Far Eastern currency conditions on the latter part of TFS's fiscal year.

He was told by an officer that he shouldn't be concerned, "business is strong."

Just exactly how one squares that with a change in the incremental year-to-year revenue estimate from plus 25% to plus 8%-12% is beyond my understanding.

Moreover, as many "thread" participants will remember, at the recent conference call, I personally asked management about its earlier prognostication regarding a 25% minimum 1998 revenue increase, and was told (and I am paraphrasing, not remembering specifically the language used) that this increase was still their target.

In the intervening *MONTH* from the call, the currency markets haven't moved all that much, so one can't conclude that there was a drastic change in business fundamentals that account for the newly anticipated shortfall.

So, what are we to believe?

Are they less than truthful, or are they simply not in control of the business? I'll be damned if I know.
