Good go! I think you caught it perfectly. My guess is that it is mostly down from here. Last gasp before a renewed sell-off. Maybe propelled by the only things that could possibly save their fairy tale ending - a life saver thrown by Bertelsman or another direct e-tailer.

Jan,

As I have to leave my desk for the rest of the day (I'm going to miss all the fun!) I thought I'd offer a thought: if it keeps putting up new lows on the day (ie breaks 127) expect it to blow to around 125 and close on the low. Only the options expiration activities might unsettle matters.
