Steve --- you are correct,,, strange action on a single upgrade. Would like to see more volume today and a hold at 26. I do not think there will be much of a retreat from there. Still looking for some news --- maybe something good is coming.... until the upgrade the shorts had no reason to cover,,, that could explain the UPtick on low volume.. no one seems willing to bail at this low level...
