Chris,

I'm convince that for now Monica still thinks "Bill's in love with her", once she has been thoroughly disabused of that notion, don't be surprised to see her name added to the list of litigants against BC. She has the best case by far. bp

As regards the definition of harassment - most people seem to feel that Monica would have to complain or suffer for there to be harassment. This is not true. For example, how would you feel if you were a straight male working at the White House, and you saw someone else being promoted ahead of you because they used a high quality knee pad to assist in alleviating Presidential tensions. You would be justified in bringing charges of harassment, since promotions were being based on sexual performance. Of course, the person benefiting from the abuse of power isn't going to complain, but that doesn't make it right.
