Cube, look at the short interest level to get an idea whether other people think ACRT is a good short. It has steadily increased over the last 12 months, and I don't think all 2 million shares are Pink's.

Mr. Cube, Mr. Pink immensely enjoys this polite dialogue. Not all shorts collapse immediately. Some like FPAM and CLCX take a while to marinate. Fortunately for Mr. Pink, He has other holdings and a diversified portfolio. So if He has to wait a few months for the inevitable collapse at ACRT, so be it.

Cube, you really should focus on basic valuation measures that every financial service company analyst employ. Book Value DOES MATTER. And book value is close to $2.00 per share.

Good luck,

Mr. PINK
